Job summary

Otis Elevator Company in Mascot, NSW is seeking a Service/Repair Technician to ensure safe, reliable operation of customers’ lifts. Join a team that values safety, quality and continuous improvement and provides structured training.

You’ll conduct routine service, attend breakdowns, complete reports, and identify upgrade opportunities while collaborating with clients and internal teams. A current Australian driver’s license and electrical trade certification are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Australian driver’s license.
• Have an Electrical trade license or relevant trade certification
• Previous experience within the Lift industry is required.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Motivation to contribute to a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine service and maintenance in accordance with procedures, technical manuals, and safety standards.
• Attend lift breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to uphold our strong customer service culture.
• Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities accurately.
• Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians.
