Churches of Christ in Queensland is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle Assistant to support planning, delivery and coordination of wellbeing programs for residents in Warwick Aged Care. You will promote social connection, independence and enjoyment through activities.

This permanent part-time role (3 days per week) sits in a values-driven not-for-profit organisation offering training, generous leave and employee benefits, with opportunities to grow in a resident-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting lifestyle, leisure, wellbeing or recreational programs in aged care or similar settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents.
• First Aid and CPR certification (desirable).
• Police Check current or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, coordination and delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programs for residents.
• Encourage and help residents participate in activities to enhance wellbeing and quality of life.
