Job summary

Gracehaven Aged Care Service in Bundaberg, Queensland, seeks a Lifestyle Assistant to support activities and experiences that encourage participation and enjoyment for residents. You’ll work with the care team to foster a welcoming, inclusive environment and build relationships with residents.

The ideal candidate has experience in lifestyle or recreational programs, strong communication, and a friendly, outgoing nature.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting lifestyle or recreational programs.
• Strong communication and rapport with residents.
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is desirable.
• First Aid/CPR certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of resident activities and experiences.
• Engage residents to encourage participation and social interaction.
