Estia Health is seeking a passionate team member in Willoughby, NSW to deliver engaging activities for residents across our aged care homes. This part-time role focuses on personal care and emotional support, helping residents feel valued, safe and connected.

About the Role

Permanent part time position

Tuesday: 10am to 6pm Wednesday & Friday: 9am to 4pm Saturday: 9am to 1pm

In this varied and busy role you deliver engaging, fun and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, everyday. A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections within the home. As well as providing some aspects of direct care you will love getting to know the personal interests of our residents and finding engaging, fun and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.

You’ll be a team player who:

• Brings your energy and passion for enriching the lives of older Australians into this fun, dynamic and varied role
• Wants to be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic and growing sector where you can make a valuable contribution to the lives of older Australians with your warm and welcoming approach
• Is highly organized, can manage multiple tasks at once
