Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a part-time role in aged care based in New South Wales. You will deliver engaging activities, provide personal care and emotional support to residents, and help them feel valued, safe and socially connected.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, staying highly organised and motivated to build genuine relationships with residents and their families. The role involves 5 days per week on-site in a busy home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care or similar supportive role.
• Ability to provide personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Willingness to engage residents with personalised activities.

About the Role

Permanent part time position - 5 days a week

In this varied and busy role you deliver engaging, fun and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, everyday. A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections within the home. As well as providing some aspects of direct care you will love getting to know the personal interests of our residents and finding engaging, fun and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.

You’ll be a team player who:
