Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Lifestyle Assistant to join Heritage Lodge, Murwillumbah. You will plan and deliver engaging recreational activities, build strong relationships with residents, and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive home environment that supports wellbeing and meaningful connection.

The role emphasizes compassionate, creative engagement with older Australians, with opportunities for professional development within a not-for-profit aged care provider.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aged care.
• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly desirable).
• Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR).
• The ability to build strong, positive relationships.
• Confidence engaging residents in daily programs and activities.
• A genuine passion for supporting and enriching the lives of older people.
• Great communication and teamwork skills, along with basic computer literacy.
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Worker Check.

To be successful

You are someone who brings energy, compassion, and creativity to your work. You’ll also bring:
