Zusammenfassung

Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our team on a part-time permanent basis, working 75 hours per fortnight across Wednesday to Sunday. You will work closely with the Clinical Manager and Lifestyle Team Leader to deliver a diverse range of activities that enrich our residents’ lives.

You will bring Certificate III in Aged Care, strong interpersonal skills, and a compassionate approach to support dignity and independence for our residents.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent) is required.
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or working towards) is preferred.
• A current National Police Check is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC framework.
• Knowledge of Autumn Care is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• A compassionate approach and empathy for older people and their families.

Position Details
Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our team on a Part-Time permanent basis, working 75 hours per fortnight across the span of Wednesday - Sunday.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Clinical Manager and Lifestyle Team Leader to deliver a diverse range of individual and group activities that enrich the lives of our residents. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, focused on continual improvement and resident wellbeing. Above all, your work will promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for those in our care.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent)
• A current National Police Check
• Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC framework
• Knowledge of Autumn Care (highly regarded but not essential)
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or working towards)
