Job summary

Mid Richmond Centre in Coraki, operated by BaptistCare NSW & ACT, seeks a Lifestyle Care Service Employee for a casual role. You will create and run engaging activities to enrich residents' lives and work as part of a caring team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate empathy and strong communication with residents.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Understand BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values.
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification (desired).
• Current First Aid certificate required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous aged care experience as a Lifestyle Officer is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individual and group activities reflecting residents’ wishes.
• Support meaningful engagement to enhance quality of life for residents.
• Work as part of a team within Mid Richmond Centre and ensure safety and wellbeing.
