BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care Prestons is seeking a Care Service Employee – Lifestyle to support residents with meaningful engagement at Blue Hills Manor.

This permanent part-time role in Prestons involves a rotating roster and the chance to contribute to residents' quality of life through individual and group activities.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (desirable) or willing to attain.
• Current First Aid certificate.
• Hold a current drivers license.

About the Role:

Located at Prestons, Blue Hills Manor Aged Care Home is a welcoming and homely aged care home offering 24-hour, care and support to residents.

As a Care Service Employee – Lifestyle, you will work as part of a team to support the meaningful engagement of people living in BaptistCare residential communities. You will help develop and implement individual and group activities that reflect the wishes, goals, and preferences of our residents, directly supporting a positive quality of life.

The available roster for this role:

Week 1- Monday 0800-1600, Tuesday 0800-1600, Friday 0930-1600, Saturday 0900-1400, Sunday0900-1400

Week 2Monday 0800-1600, Tuesday 0800-1600,Friday 0930-1600, Saturday 0900-1400,Sunday 0900-1400

About You:

• Demonstrate empathetic communication skills
