Job summary

Qualifications

• Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
• Provide First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Intervene to ensure safety of staff, patrons, facility and equipment.
• Promote safety in the aquatic environment.
• Maintain supervision of the aquatic area at all times.
• Recognise and respond to incidents or emergencies.
• Support and communicate with team members at all times.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Provide resolutions to identified issues.
• Perform pool maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Complete administration duties as required.
