Blue Light Card Australia is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the member journey from sign-up to retention. You will design and implement lifecycle strategies in Braze, automate triggers, and optimise communications across email, push, SMS, in-app and on platform.
You will lead a Marketing Coordinator, partner with the Head of Engagement, and drive growth by improving sign-ups, usage, and activity through data-driven campaigns and experimentation.
At Blue Light Card, our mission is to support and celebrate those who serve communities with unwavering dedication - from emergency services to healthcare, defence, and education sectors. By offering exclusive benefits and discounts through partnerships with top brands, we aim to make a meaningful impact on their everyday lives.
Founded in the UK in 2008, we now have more than 6 million members globally. We launched in Australia in 2022 with the same commitment to supporting those who serve. This is an opportunity to be part of a team driving the next chapter of Blue Light Card’s journey, blending purpose with measurable commercial success.
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the member journey from first sign-up through to retention and reactivation, and make it one of our biggest growth levers.
This role combines strategy and technical delivery. You’ll set the lifecycle strategy and build it yourself in Braze. That means designing the journeys, automating the triggers and optimising everything that goes out across email, push, SMS, in-app and on platform. Your focus is getting members to sign up faster, use their card more often and stay active. You’ll report to our Head of Engagement and lead and develop a Marketing Coordinator.
