Job summary

PDG Performance Development Group is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead client projects within the life sciences sector. The role focuses on maximizing client satisfaction through superior project management and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will manage the lifecycle from sales alignment to project close, nurture client relationships, coordinate onboarding and resources, and monitor budgets and milestones to drive growth and success for PDG and its clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences industries (pharma, biotech, or medical devices) or designing sales performance solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of learning project management or account management experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or other PM tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading the full lifecycle of a client engagement from sales through closeout.
• Fostering client relationships and confirming service levels and expectations.
• Managing onboarding, coaching, performance, and engagement resources.
• Creating plans, schedules, risk mitigation, and ensuring utilization and margins.
• Monitoring budgets, contracts/SOWs, and preparing forecasts and reports.
• Applying PDG processes to drive quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with business development to identify new opportunities.
