Responsibilities

• Assess and manage a portfolio of life risk disability claims in line with policy requirements
• Meet service standards while supporting positive customer satisfaction outcomes
• Maintain effective oversight of claim workflows and portfolio performance
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory obligations
• Communicate proactively with clients, advisers, employers, and other stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with internal teams including rehabilitation, medical, and reinsurance partners
