Zurich Insurance Company is expanding its Australian team with two opportunities in life risk disability claims. You will assess claims, collaborate with senior specialists, and drive fair, timely outcomes while embracing digital enablement.

As a Claims Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering fair, timely, and customer-focused outcomes across a portfolio of life risk disability claims. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with senior specialists to ensure every decision is thoughtful, accurate, and aligned to policy and customer needs.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Assess and manage a portfolio of life risk disability claims in line with policy requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of life insurance claims processes including assessment and investigation
• Ability to interpret policy terms and make clear, well-reasoned decisions
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging a variety of stakeholders

• Knowledge of insurance regulatory and legal frameworks
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a related field
