You’ll conduct outbound General Advice conversations with referred clients, explaining insurance types, product differences, and underwriting considerations. You’ll provide quotes, map out next steps, and assist clients in completing applications, including medical questionnaires where required.
Manage cases through underwriting, medical requirements, and suspense, following up proactively to keep cases progressing. You’ll maintain accurate advice and client records and operate within General Advice and internal compliance requirements.
