MNG is seeking a Licensed Surveyor to join our Queensland Field Operations team. This role delivers high‑quality survey services across cadastral re‑establishment, subdivision and related data processing, using cutting‑edge tools in a collaborative, safety‑minded environment.

Relocation support is offered for Brisbane applicants, with flexible working arrangements and mentoring opportunities to develop skills across surveying, mapping and geospatial services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor of Surveying (or related discipline) is required.
• Registration as a Licensed Surveyor with the relevant state board (QLD/NSW) is required.
• Previous experience in a surveying role or related industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surveying tasks and data interpretation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Undertake advanced surveying field work and data processing across varied locations (cadastral re‑establishment, subdivision, feature and level surveys).
• Conduct cadastral surveying including desktop review, field data capture and control establishment.
• Maintain CAD skills to produce cadastral, feature and level plans and client reports.
• Coordinate and mentor field crews and manage projects for quality delivery.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to review deliverables and improve quality control.
• Maintain survey equipment and uphold safety and quality standards.
