Windermere Real Estate is seeking a motivated, people-focused Broker to join our collaborative team. You’ll be a trusted advisor guiding clients through every step of home buying or selling, beyond a traditional salesperson role.

You’ll assess client needs, perform market analyses, manage contracts, and market both residential and commercial properties. A valid license or active enrollment in real estate school is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or actively enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Superior communication and negotiation abilities to guide transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage all documentation including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements in compliance with standards.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings to reflect current market representation.
• Market properties to prospective buyers and investors with professionalism.
