Windermere Real Estate is seeking a motivated Broker to guide clients through buying or selling journeys. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, conducting market analyses, managing documentation, and presenting properties to prospective buyers and investors.

The role emphasizes relationship building, collaborative teamwork, and delivering exceptional client experiences with ongoing support and training. This is a full-time position based in our Australian operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work independently while collaborating.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for visits and meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the country.
• Must be going into real estate as a Full-Time agent.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend suitable real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage all contracts, leases, and closing statements in compliance with standards.
• Maintain and update property listings to ensure current market representation.
• Present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
