Ideal candidates have a Queensland plumbing licence, 3–5 years' experience, and a proven ability to interpret plans, communicate with clients, and work independently on-site.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland plumbing licence and right to work in Australia.
• 3–5 years' experience as a qualified plumber.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and on-site decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Physically fit to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Willingness to continue professional development.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and develop effective solutions using industry best practices.
• Read and interpret plumbing plans, blueprints and technical specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, standards and regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Provide accurate quotations and communicate with clients regarding work scope and timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure job sites are kept clean and safe.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and team members on multi-trade projects.
• Document work completed and maintain detailed job records.
