Job summary

Flexiforce seeks experienced LO/LF forklift operators for the Southern Highlands NSW warehouse on Afternoon Shift, with possible Night Shift as operations expand. You will operate forklifts, manage stock movement, perform manual handling up to 20kg, and assist with packing and general duties as required.

Ideal candidates are reliable, capable of working independently with minimal training, safety-conscious, and committed to shift hours. Above-award wages and ongoing employment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift with LO or LF licence.
• Able to work independently with minimal training.
• Physically fit with capacity for manual handling up to 20kg.
• Background in factory/warehousing and attention to detail.
