Job summary

Flexiforce seeks experienced LO/LF forklift operators for the Southern Highlands NSW warehouse on Afternoon Shift, with possible Night Shift as operations expand. You will operate forklifts, manage stock movement, perform manual handling up to 20kg, and assist with packing and general duties as required.

Ideal candidates are reliable, capable of working independently with minimal training, safety-conscious, and committed to shift hours. Above-award wages and ongoing employment are offered.

WAREHOUSE FORKLIFT OPERATORS WANTED IN SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS, NSW!

The team at Flexiforce are seeking experienced and licensed LO & LF Forklift Operators for an exciting new opportunity on Afternoon Shift (and possibly Night Shift, pending expansion of operations) at a well-established and growing local Warehouse, within central Southern Highlands, NSW.

Previous experience operating a forklift & possession of a valid LO or LF forklift licence is absolutely essential.

Only candidates who are confident and competent in their ability to work independently with minimal training will be considered. They will take pride in their work & add value from day one.

Successful candidates will also need to be physically fit, as the role will involve manual handling, and show consistency in their commitment to working the required shift hours.

Afternoon shift hours:

• 3pm – 11pm

[T/N: Possible Night Shift hours to be advised.]

Duties will include:

• Forklift Operations
• Stock Movement
• Manual handling of products (up to 20kgs)
• Other ad hoc warehouse duties as required, such as pick packing & general housekeeping

What we are looking for:

• Strong work ethic
• Proven experience operating a forklift
• Possession of current LO or LF forklift licence
• Background in factory/warehousing
• High attention to detail
• Physical fitness and adherence to safety standards and safe manual handling practices
