Job summary

Enlog Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd – Derrimut VIC is seeking a Licensed Customs Broker with 1–2 years of lodge entries experience for a full-time role in Melbourne. The candidate will manage import air/sea shipments, prepare customs entries and work hands-on in warehousing and office duties.

Knowledge of ABF/DAWR regulations is essential, with the ability to resolve client queries and compile import documentation. Training will cover warehousing and DG movements, with some on-site duties involved.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years as a customs broker.
• Certified as a Customs Broker.
• Cargo Wise experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Arrange customs clearance of import air/sea shipments.
• Prepare, check, classify and compile customs entries.
• Able to assist with compiling and classification when required.
• Identify ABF, DAWR and ATO duty and tax initiatives for customers.
• Resolve queries for clients and fellow brokers.
• Request or compile import documentation such as invoices and certificates.
• Quote duty and tax rates based on tariffs and excise taxes.
