Maddocks is seeking a Licensed Conveyancer to join the Real Estate team in Sydney on a full-time basis. You will work with lawyers and other conveyancers to manage a high volume of conveyancing work, using our in-house Eportfolio and PEXA platforms from start to finish.
You will handle developments, commercial acquisitions, and registrations, with minimal supervision and direct client engagement. A strong emphasis on accuracy, timelines, and collaboration with admin support is essential.

We are currently looking for a Licensed Conveyancer to work inour friendly Real Estate team on a full time basis. Working closelywith our lawyers and other licensed conveyancers you will have theconfidence and skills to project manage a high volume ofconveyancing work.
In this role you will be responsible for database managementusing our specialist in-house platform, Eportfolio and also PEXAand PEXA Projects, including entry and update of information,opening and maintaining new matter files/matters and documentprocessing as required. You will conduct property transactionsspecifically focusing on developments and other conveyancingmatters, undertake relevant searches and draft correspondence tovarious parties on a daily basis with minimal supervision andattend to the registration of dealings in PEXA. The role offers youan opportunity to engage with clients directly, delegate to anadministrative assistant and the ability to run your files fromstart to finish.
