Job summary

Maddocks is seeking a Licensed Conveyancer to join the Real Estate team in Sydney on a full-time basis. You will work with lawyers and other conveyancers to manage a high volume of conveyancing work, using our in-house Eportfolio and PEXA platforms from start to finish.

You will handle developments, commercial acquisitions, and registrations, with minimal supervision and direct client engagement. A strong emphasis on accuracy, timelines, and collaboration with admin support is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Australian Licensed Conveyancer license.
• Experience in managing large scale developments for developers preferred.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of conveyancing matters from start to finish.
• Enter and update information in the in-house Eportfolio system; use PEXA and PEXA Projects.
• Open and maintain new matter files and draft correspondence to parties.
• Attend to registration of dealings in PEXA and related settlements.
