Wantirna College in Melbourne's eastern suburbs seeks a Library Technician to support information services for students and staff. You will report to the Library Manager and manage daily duties, including reference, circulation, and cataloguing tasks while maintaining a welcoming learning hub.

You will promote reading, assist with resources, and collaborate with colleagues across campuses to ensure accurate records in the SCIS catalogue and a safe, inclusive library environment for all learners.

Responsabilidades

• Circulation, student and staff assistance, reference and research inquiries.
• Assist in day-to-day running of the library under the Library Manager.
• Provide literature recommendations and assist with collection development.
• Maintain library procedures and ensure a welcoming, safe environment.
• Promote the library as a learning hub and supervise students in the library.
• Maintain cataloguing records (SCIS) and stocktakes with the Library Manager.
