Qualifications

• Experience coordinating education support staff within a school.
• Ability to follow guidelines and school policy in daily tasks.
• Understanding of student support roles and wellbeing tasks.
• Ability to support teachers within educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Sort, arrange, file and catalogue incoming/outgoing material.
• Prepare descriptive lists and maintain daily records of loans.
• Perform basic duties in the library including shelving materials.
• Shelve and maintain the order of the collection.
• Assist with circulation of loan items and inventory.
• Direct clients to resources and assist with equipment usage.
• Maintain overdue loan records and issue notices as required.
• Assist in displays and exhibitions and with stock security.
• Ensure storage areas are clean and safe.
