Qualificações

• Lead the administration, optimisation, and enhancement of the library's collection management systems and platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyse business needs and deliver customer-focused system solutions and service improvements.
• Use data, reporting, and business analysis to identify opportunities, inform decision-making, and improve service performance.
• Provide expert advice, training, and support to strengthen system capability, data integrity, and collection management outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and effective use of technology to enhance customer experiences and access to Library resources.
