Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in frontline service delivery.
• Contribute to projects across Library Operations, Customer Resolution, Workforce Planning and Arts.
• Assist with research, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, reporting and project coordination.
• Develop skills in customer service, workforce planning, project management and strategic thinking.
• Support governance and understanding of decision-making processes.
