Pen Underwriting is seeking an experienced underwriter to assess and underwrite new business and renewals across Liability lines. You will review broker submissions, risk controls, and policies, applying underwriting expertise to pricing and coverage decisions while building strong broker relationships.

With at least 2 years’ underwriting experience and solid knowledge of Australian insurance regulations, you’ll contribute to process improvements and collaborate across product lines to grow the

• Minimum 2 years’ underwriting experience.
• Strong risk assessment and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain broker/client relationships.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of Australian insurance regulations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and underwrite new business and renewals across Liability lines per Pen guidelines.
• Review broker submissions, insureds’ operations, risk controls and policies.
• Apply underwriting expertise to risk assessment, pricing and coverage decisions.
• Build and maintain broker relationships to drive new business and renewal retention.
• Support team efficiencies and process improvements.
