Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking a Liability Claims Consultant in Australia to manage personal injury and property liability claims from lodgement through to settlement. You will build industry relationships, advise clients, and contribute to favorable outcomes across a diverse claims portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of liability claims from lodgement through to settlement.
• Assessing coverage, liability and claim quantum in line with legislation and policy requirements.
• Investigating and managing complex personal injury and property liability claims.
• Providing technical advice and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Participating in client reviews and claims strategy discussions.
• Managing escalated claims matters and complaints where required.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, solicitors, brokers and external service providers.

• Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Insurance or a related discipline
