Elite Staffing Solutions in Sydney's western suburbs is recruiting LF Forklift Operators for FMCG manufacturing and warehouse roles across Ingleburn, Padstow and surrounding areas. Starting from $40/hr, afternoon shifts, and ongoing hours with weekly pay and immediate starts.

You will operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts, move stock, load/unload trucks, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transport to sites is essential.

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Counterbalance and High Reach.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transport to sites.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Put away and replenish stock.
• Move and relocate palletised FMCG products throughout the warehouse.
• Support production and warehouse operations as required.
• Assist with general forklift and warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety and FMCG procedures.

The Opportunity Elite Staffing Solutions is currently seeking experienced LF Forklift Operators with both Counterbalance and High Reach experience for immediate starts across our FMCG manufacturing and warehouse clients in Ingleburn, Padstow and surrounding areas.

These are ongoing opportunities within fast-paced FMCG manufacturing and warehouse environments, offering consistent Monday to Friday work, weekly pay and potential long-term or permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Previous FMCG manufacturing, warehouse or distribution experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available for an immediate start
• Reliable transport to Ingleburn, Padstow and surrounding areas
