Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Sydney NSW is seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a modern automated warehouse in Leppington, NSW. This permanent role offers AM and PM shifts with competitive hourly rates and potential overtime.

Responsibilities include safe operation of forklifts, loading/unloading, stock movement, and RF scanner picking/packing in a fast-paced environment. Must have reliable transport and be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Qualifications

• Experience operating High Reach forklifts up to 6 bays high.
• Counterbalance forklift experience required.
• Forklift roles in a modern automated warehouse environment.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Reliable transport and punctuality are essential.

Shifts & Pay

• 1 x AM Position: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm - $36/hour
• 2 x PM Positions: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm - $40.30/hour

The Role

• Safely operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• Drive High Reach forklifts up to 6 bays high
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries
• Move pallets and stock to designated storage locations
• Assist with picking, packing and dispatching orders using RF Scanners
• Work within a modern automated warehouse environment
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workplace
• Proven High Reach forklift experience up to 7 bays high
• Counterbalance forklift experience highly regarded
• Previous warehouse experience
• Comfortable with both forklift operations and pick packing
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Must have own reliable transport
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
