You'll support the Area Manager, assist with business development, coaching staff, and lead our retention program, with added leave options and a culture focused on people and growth.

Qualifications

• Mortgage lending experience including complex credit applications.
• Experience in Financial Services industry.
• End-to-end lending process experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship management.
• Knowledge of Queensland Country products (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised lending to Members and process loans.
• Handle personal, credit card, and mortgage applications.
• Support Area Manager with business development.
• Coach and mentor staff; manage loan processing and distribution.
• Lead retention program to support Members.
