Job summary

Limestone Coast Local Health Network seeks a Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to lead person-centred leisure programs across residential and community care. You will coordinate staff, volunteers and families to promote independence, social connection and wellbeing.

You will contribute to quality improvement, accreditation and service evaluation, using Microsoft 365 tools and maintaining clear documentation and records.

Qualifications

• Experience developing or delivering leisure, lifestyle or wellbeing programs.
• Experience working with older people or diverse support needs.
• Ability to coordinate staff, volunteers or students and maintain documentation.
