Job summary

City of Stirling is seeking a proactive Business Support Officer for Leisure Services in WA. This full-time role provides business and project support to the Community Infrastructure Planning and Active Communities teams, helping deliver initiatives that boost sport and healthy lifestyles across the City.

You will coordinate grants, assist with community engagement and stakeholder consultation, support project delivery and reporting, and help ensure smooth operation of the Leisure Services unit.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business support, administration or coordination role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presentation preparation.
• Intermediate proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and event coordination skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant administration and reporting for Leisure Services projects.
• Assist with community engagement and stakeholder consultation activities.
• Support project delivery and reporting, including data collection and analysis.
• Contribute to research and information gathering to support strategic planning.
• Assist with planning to completion of community-focused projects, including events.
