Job summary

The City of Stirling is looking for a Program Attendant to deliver engaging sport and leisure programs to the community. You will ensure a safe and inclusive environment, maintain equipment and cleanliness, and support program improvements. Ideally, candidates should have relevant accreditation or experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This casual position is based in Stirling, Western Australia, and contributes to a diverse and flexible workforce.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic and confident working with people.
  • Passionate about helping participants learn and be active.
  • Experience teaching sport or leisure activities (desirable).
  • Experience in recreation or leisure facilities (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging sport and leisure classes.
  • Maintain safety and supervision standards.
  • Set up and pack away equipment safely.
  • Create positive, fun learning environments.
  • Support program development and improvements.
  • Keep program spaces clean and organised.

You’ll help deliver skills‑based programs that are safe, fun and encouraging for participants of all ages and abilities.

What You’ll Be Doing
