Shine Lawyers in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Legal Practice Manager to lead our Personal Injury team with passion and purpose. You will guide a team dedicated to securing just outcomes for WorkCover and TAC matters, while aligning operations, budgets and performance with the firm’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Melbourne CBD Personal Injury team.
• Progress WorkCover and TAC cases to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients as needed.
• Oversee budgets and team performance, ensuring timely time recording and client satisfaction.
• Grow the branch’s personal brand and secure new cases while upholding Shine values.

The Opportunity

As the Legal Practice Manager of our Personal Injury team, you will play a key role in our success through your leadership within the Melbourne CBD team. With support from an experienced General Manager, you'll lead a team that is passionate about seeking justice for our clients and guide them on a range of WorkCover and road injury accident cases.

With compassion, connection and purpose, you'll truly champion our clients by:

• Cultivating strong relationships within Shine to uphold a cohesive and motivated team.


• Marketing your own personal brand, and that of the branch, to successfully help our clients and secure new cases.


• Actively supporting and coaching your team to guarantee effective time recording, timeliness and satisfied clients.


• Providing operational oversight and effectively managing budgets and team performance.


• Progressing and resolving WorkCover and TAC cases.


• Providing the legal advice and representation our clients need and deserve to obtain maximum compensation.
