Piper Alderman is seeking an experienced office administrator to provide high-standard customer service and internal support in our Brisbane office. You will help with various office tasks, assist teams, and contribute to efficient office operations.

Qualificações

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service/office environment.
• Positive, pro-active attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise under deadlines.
• Good organisational skills and technical proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with meeting room and function/event set up and pack up.
• Attending to external rounds involving lodgement of documents at Court/Government Departments.
• Assisting with new starter onboarding.
• Closing and archiving legal files.
• Maintaining kitchen and stationery stock levels.
• Invoice reconciliation.
• Relief reception and telephone duties.
• Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
