Job summary

Books Onsite, specialising in legal bookkeeping for clients across Australia, invites an experienced bookkeeper to join our remote team. Work from home with flexible scheduling, ideally based in SEQ, while supporting clients nationwide.

You will collaborate with our CPA to deliver accurate bookkeeping and tailor procedures for each client, with comprehensive training across all bookkeeping areas.

Qualifications

• Experience using MYOB or Xero.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Fluent English and clear communication skills.
• Legal trust accounting experience with LEAP, Actionstep, Smokeball or Migration Manager.

Bookkeeper — Legal Industry | Work From Home

Books Onsite specialises in legal bookkeeping for clients across Australia. Based on the Sunshine Coast, we’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our remote team, with the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule. Preferably you would be based in SEQ but we do employ staff all over Australia as the work is remote.

You’ll work alongside our CPA to deliver accurate, timely bookkeeping services. We create a tailored accounts procedures manual for each client and provide training in the Books Onsite approach across all areas of bookkeeping.

• Legal trust account reconciliations and month-end processing
• Payroll and superannuation
• Management reporting
• BAS and PAYG lodgements

About you
