Key duties include diary management, billing assistance, client queries, data entry, drafting letters and creating new matters. A professional, proactive approach and excellent communication are essential to thrive here.

Qualificações

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience within legal or professional services environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• The ability to build strong working relationships and skilfully deal with people at all levels through the firm.
• At least 12 months experience.

Responsabilidades

• Diary Management
• Assisting with monthly billing and client reports
• Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Database updating
• Performing administrative services, including typing, drafting letters, formatting documents, filing and archiving
• Creation of new matters and client details
• General administrative support to solicitors
