Colquhoun Murphy Lawyers in Canberra seeks a legal assistant with at least 12 months of experience to join our tight-knit team. You will manage diaries, assist with billing and client reports, handle enquiries, and support solicitors with day-to-day administration in a busy practice.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused and proactive, able to prioritise competing tasks and build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Canberra CBD location.

Formación

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Experience in legal or professional services environment.
• At least 12 months experience.

Responsabilidades

• Diary Management
• Assisting with monthly billing and client reports
• Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Database updating
• Performing administrative services, including; typing, drafting letters, formatting documents, filing and archiving
• Creation of new matters and client details
• General administrative support to solicitors
