Job summary

Sprout Recruitment is seeking a reliable real estate support professional to manage phone and email inquiries, inspect properties, and coordinate lease renewals. You will prepare lease and bond documents, conduct open houses and tenant inspections, and handle tenant applications with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate of Registration, has at least 6 months in a similar role, and demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Certificate of Registration (real estate or property license)
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
• High level of personal and professional presentation
• Be reliable, honest and trustworthy
• Competent with Microsoft Office
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• You need a Drivers License and Car (allowance provided)
• Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week

• Negotiating lease renewals and rental increases
• Preparation of lease and bond documents
