Job summary

Resolver Recruitment is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant in Sydney to join a well-established agency. You will conduct inspections, handle enquiries, and guide applicants through the leasing process while liaising with landlords and property managers.

The role requires 1–2 years in leasing, a NSW Certificate of Registration, and a current driver’s licence, with strong knowledge of NSW tenancy laws and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Leasing Consultant role.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration.
• Current driver's licence.
• Strong knowledge of residential leasing processes and NSW tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident conducting inspections and communicating with prospective tenants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open homes and private inspections across the rental portfolio.
• Manage rental enquiries and build relationships with prospective tenants.
• Process rental applications, conduct reference checks and coordinate approvals.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and property managers throughout the leasing process.
• Coordinate property advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with preparing properties for lease and minimising vacancy periods.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and applicant information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive leasing experience.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to achieve leasing targets.
