Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant to lead leasing at a property in Rowlett, TX. The role centers on sales, resident experience, and team leadership to drive occupancy and satisfaction across the community.

You will engage prospective residents, coordinate tours, and collaborate with the Property Manager on marketing and resident services. Strong customer service and administrative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Energetic, fun, and energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather.
• Seal the deal with a closing ratio of at least 20%.
• Be an inspector: tour routes and models look their best.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and team members.
• Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail.
