Job summary

Elders is hiring a Leasing Officer in Gladstone on a permanent full-time basis. You will support the team with property leasing and provide strong administrative support to ensure a seamless client service.

With Elders’ nationwide network, you will learn and develop in Residential Property Management while delivering excellent customer experiences and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert administrative support to the Leasing team.
• Organise the advertising of properties and coordinate viewings/open homes.
• Assess tenancy applications and support the leasing process.
• Collaborate with the Elders team to explore new opportunities for clients.
• Support promotional activities, field days and community events.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Officer to join our team in Gladstone on a permanent full-time basis.

As a Leasing Officer you will be supporting the team in leasing of properties and providing excellent administrative support toensure a seamless service to our clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to become a key part of the Residential Property Management team and supported to learn and develop your career.

Responsibilities

As a Leasing Officer you will:

• Provide expert administrative support to the team
• Organise the advertising of properties
• Organise open homes and the showing of properties
• Assess tenancy applications
• Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About you

To succeed at Elders, you will:

• Have previous customer service experience
• Have a Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to obtain one)
• Hold a current driver’s licence
• Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
• Be smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
