Job summary

Elders is seeking a Leasing Officer to join our Residential Property Management team in Gladstone on a permanent full-time basis. You will support the team in leasing of properties and provide essential administrative support to ensure a seamless service to clients.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Property Representative Licence or ability to obtain one.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills.
• Smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert administrative support to the team.
• Organise the advertising of properties.
• Organise open homes and the showing of properties.
• Assess tenancy applications.
• Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities.
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events.
