Job summary

MMS Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Melbourne to manage a portfolio of customers through the Novated lease sales process. You will convert opportunities by explaining the benefits of Fully Maintained Novated Leases and guiding employers and employees through the process, with a focus on relationship building.

You will bring proven consultative selling skills, thrive in a high-volume sales environment, and handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional service while meeting SLA

Qualifications

• VCE or equivalent required.
• Experience in a high-volume sales environment.
• Phone sales experience in inbound/outbound settings.
• Novated Leasing / Fleet Leasing / Motor Vehicle / Financial Services experience desirable.
• CRM systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers from first enquiry to vehicle delivery via outbound/inbound calls with exceptional service.
• Facilitate employer discussions around the Novated Lease offering.
• Achieve set financial, product & channel conversion targets within SLA/KPI.
• Source and secure vehicle quotations with Oly’s dealer network.
• Provide quotations/estimates and guidance on product benefits to customers vs competitors.
• Understand the Australian market’s broker landscape.
• Collaborate with colleagues and third parties to deliver an exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal rules.

Each opportunity within this customer segment is to be handled as a sales conversion opportunity that informs the customer of the benefits of a Fully Maintained Novated Lease and the service that Oly Novated Leasing can offer. You will be required to facilitate conversations within potential employers and employees to close the sale.You will have highly developed consultative selling skills and the ability to achieve lead conversion targets through effective objection handling skills.We will provide you with all of the training you need to make sure you are confident with how a Novated lease works.At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference.
