Property Collective Agency in Redcliffe and Newstead is seeking two experienced property professionals to join our team as a Leasing Agent and a Property Manager. You will work closely with our Property Management team, taking ownership of out-of-office activities and building strong relationships with owners and tenants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in property management or leasing.
• Driver's license (required).
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible working options available (full-time or part-time).
• Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and IRE is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Leasing Agent responsibilities: Conducting open homes and private inspections; Routine, entry and exit inspections and reporting; Assisting with leasing and tenant-related activities; Identifying and reporting maintenance or property concerns; Providing a professional experience for tenants.
