Job summary

Ray White Indooroopilly is seeking a Property Management Associate & Leasing Executive to support day-to-day leasing activities alongside two experienced Property Managers.

You'll coordinate open homes, advertising, applications, new tenancies, inspections, and maintenance coordination, with training provided. If you’re friendly, organised and motivated to learn, you’ll fit into our young, vibrant team with a flexible five-day week.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organised and proactive with good communication.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate open homes, rental advertising, applications and new tenancies.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist with portfolio administration.
• Support maintenance coordination, landlord and tenant communication.
• Assist Business Development Manager with rental appraisals and new managements.
