Ray White Redcliffe is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio and elevate client relationships. The role emphasizes building trust with tenants, owners, and suppliers while leveraging streamlined systems to reduce admin time.

You will monitor issues, communicate transparently, and stay informed on industry best practices. A Monday–Friday schedule offers steady hours and ongoing support from the Principals.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to our valued customers, building a deep understanding of the market and sharing these insights.
• Monitor and proactively resolve our customers' issues and questions promptly to increase customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with tenants and owners, maintaining regular communication.
• Provide transparency by working with clients, identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-quality suppliers to coordinate timely and high-quality repairs.
• Keep informed of industry advancements, best practices, and changes that affect property management.
